According new procedures of Tianjin Custom, since July 1st, the goods MARKS with destiny XINGANG must be similar to MARKS at HBL document.

If the custom make the spawning of the container and the marks are differente between the HBL and effetive box, the consignee will be charge high penalties and many problems to make the cleareance at Xingang port.
